Rosary - Silver, Nac - 1900-1910

Ancient rosary from the late 19th or early 20th century, made of mother-of-pearl beads with iridescent highlights, connected by a silver chain.

It features a mother-of-pearl cross adorned with a silver Christ and a central heart bearing the inscriptions ‘Jesus’ and ‘Mary’ on its two faces.

The silver has been tested using the appropriate acid.

Overall good condition, with patina and signs of wear related to its age. Some mother-of-pearl beads show small natural cracks. The central heart has a small dent on the face bearing the inscription ‘Jesus’, visible in the photographs.

Total length laid flat: about 47 cm.
Bead diameter: about 5 mm.
Total weight: about 50 g.
