First created in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker (grandson of John Walker), Johnnie Walker Swing was designed specifically for transatlantic travel aboard luxury liners. The bottle features an ingeniously shaped convex bottom that allows it to rock smoothly back and forth with the gentle motion of ocean waves without tipping over. This particular vintage bottle features the classic embossed gold central medallion label with intricate scrollwork, reading "Johnnie Walker Swing - Distilled in Scotland by John Walker & Sons Ltd.", clearly specifying the volume as "CONTENTS 75 CENTILITRES" around the lower rim.
