Vacheron Constantin - Box - Wood, Paper - the 1950s–1960s

Vacheron Constantin box, 1950s/1960s, with a view of Geneva. Important vintage box signed Vacheron Constantin, ideal for chronographs and classic men's models. The domed lid features a splendid architectural print of the city of Geneva, with the famous Maltese Cross emblem gold-stamped on the front. The interior is entirely crafted in fine wood and retains the original gold stamp: "VACHERON CONSTANTIN/A GENEVE EPUIS 1755". The external base is covered with its original bronze-colored moiré fabric, beautifully preserved and gold-signed "VACHERON CONSTANTIN GENEVE". The box is structurally solid with a perfectly functioning hinge; shows natural wear and light abrasions along the outer edges of the burgundy leather, consistent with its age.
