Splendid vintage Atlanta Genève - SWISS brooch watch, 1960s.
Round gold-tone metal case, fully decorated with red guilloché enamel and delicate little white and green flowers around the edge. Champagne dial with gold baton hour markers, ATLANTA GENÈVE inscription at 6 o’clock and SWISS at 12 o’clock. Winding crown at 6 o’clock.
