We therefore recommend tracking the shipment so that any delivery delay can be reported in time. If the package is damaged or tampered with, this must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery. • WORKING HOURS AND COMMUNICATIONS (Please read carefully): Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30 (Italian local time) Friday 9:00–12:00 (Italian local time). Orders are shipped, in accordance with Catawiki's rules, within a maximum of 3 business days after payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local public holidays). As soon as the tracking number is available, it will be communicated via the Catawiki system. Orders and messages are handled in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): All watches are checked to ensure they are working properly before being shipped. For all watches with a date display, to avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, do not manually change the date using the crown when the watch time is between 20:00 and 3:00. This rule applies to all watches with a date display. • WARRANTY INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): Please note that you will not receive any tax document with the goods, as all online transactions we carry out are recorded in the sales register in accordance with current Italian regulations. An invoice or tax receipt is required only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To make a warranty claim, if applicable, you must present only the card you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: For buyers outside Europe, customs duties and import charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. If a customer outside Europe needs warranty assistance or wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for all return costs, including customs import/export charges.
