Bovet Pininfarina Cambiano Chronograph

This watch is the result of a collaboration between the long-established Swiss watchmaker Bovet and the renowned Italian design house Pininfarina. It combines Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship with a design language inspired by luxury sports cars.

Design and Case

• Amadeo conversion system: Thanks to this system, the watch can be transformed without tools from a wristwatch into a pocket watch or desk clock. The chronograph function also allows it to be used as a stopwatch.

• Bullhead design: The crown and both chronograph pushers are positioned at 12 o’clock. This arrangement recalls classic sports stopwatches and keeps the controls away from the side of the wrist.

• Case: The stainless steel case measures 45 mm in diameter. The black DLC-coated bezel underscores its sporty-elegant character and offers high scratch resistance.

Dial and Functions

• Automotive-inspired dial: The combination of silver and black recalls the instrument panels of Italian sports cars.

• Chronograph function: For measuring time intervals, with a minute counter at 9 o’clock and an hour counter at 3 o’clock.

• Big date: A striking double window at 12 o’clock provides an easy-to-read date display and blends harmoniously into the dial.

• Tachymeter scale: Allows the average speed to be calculated based on the time taken to cover a set distance.

• Central chronograph hand: Its curved, wave-like design adds an exceptional visual accent.

Movement and Power Reserve

• Swiss mechanical automatic movement, caliber 13BA01.

• Power reserve of up to 50 hours.

• Sapphire crystal case back, offering a view of the movement and the automatic rotor.

Strap and Comfort

• Rubber strap with a soft Alcantara lining, combining sporty elegance with comfortable wear.
