VITYRA - Ezekiel

Ezekiel
Oil and acrylic on canvas
100 cm x 140 cm (39 inches x 55 inches)

Ezekiel is a bold and intimate portrait that balances provocation with restraint. Set against a glowing ochre background, Ezekiel is presented with a direct physical presence, while the extended tongue introduces a charged sensuality that feels deliberate, confident and unmistakably contemporary.

The warm palette intensifies the atmosphere of the work. The pale skin, copper-red hair and soft reddish details of the mouth and tongue stand out vividly against the saturated backdrop, giving the composition a heated, almost radiant energy. At the same time, the simplified treatment of the body and facial features keeps the image clear, composed and elegant.

What gives Ezekiel its particular tension is the contrast between vulnerability and control. The exposed torso and playful gesture suggest openness, yet the expression remains cool, distant and self-possessed. This creates a portrait that feels erotic and slightly enigmatic, while retaining a refined and sophisticated presence.
