This piece is an original creation by THREAD RAGS, an independent studio based in France.

It is made from an authentic second-hand LOUIS VUITTON Keepall, available in size 50, 55, or 60, selected and then transformed to create a unique piece combining luxury, second-hand fashion, and textile art.

The creation features a tapestry (100% cotton) depicting an interpretation of The Great Wave of Kanagawa, Hokusai’s iconic work, as well as a black waterproof inner lining.

Each piece is designed and handmade in France. Its creation requires several weeks of work, from preparing and designing the various elements to assembling them and adding the finishing touches.

The components used to make the piece are authentic. The transformation, customization, and finishing are carried out by THREAD RAGS in France.
