Jone Hopper (1977) created the signed original acrylic painting *Fight the power* in 2019, measuring 81 × 60 cm.
Description from the seller
Born in 1977, Jone Hopper is a French street artist.
At the end of the 80's, he made his "classes" in the street through an emerging movement at that time, graffiti. He tags his name in the street, on the walls and on the trains. Recognized for his characters and his signatures in the aerosol, he creates the collective TBS (The Brutal Style) with Skepa and some other engaged graffiti artists. We know very little about it because the artist remains faithful to the spirit of graffiti and wishes to remain anonymous, considering that it is the work that must be put forward and not the character. Not present on social networks, absent from vernissages, artist without a face, it remains a real mystery except for some gallery owners in the confidence. He compares his painting to a piece of Hip Hop, he acts as a sampler ... samples, cuts, assembles and creates new images.
- Mixed media: aerosol, pastel and acrylic on canvas
-With certificate of authenticity
