Cabinet - Wood - Altar tabernacle - 43 cm

Fascinating tabletop or wall-mounted tabernacle intended for liturgical furnishings or private devotion. The object features an architectural aedicule structure with a gabled roof, topped by a finely crafted metal crucifix firmly secured at the apex.
The solid-wood front door is adorned with a large applied silver- or gold-plated metal plaque (repoussé brass) depicting the classic symbols of the Eucharist: a ceremonial chalice surmounted by a radiant host bearing the Christogram IHS.
