Description from the seller
Here is a magnificent solid-gold perpetual calendar watch!!
This is an Eberhard Les Quantiéme Perpetuel, made in extremely limited numbers (fewer than 4 are known), with an ETA 2892/A2 caliber driving a perpetual calendar module made by Kelek Dubois Depraz and used by some of the finest Swiss brands, such as Corum, Theorein, Chronoswiss, Audemars Piguet, etc.
The round case measures 33 millimeters in diameter, features fluted sides, and is 10 millimeters thick—a record for an automatic perpetual calendar!
The white dial makes the indicators perfectly legible; the text is in Italian, already a rarity at the time, and now impossible to find. The refined design of this perpetual calendar is evident in the fact that the date, month, and day-of-the-week displays are all horizontal! It is in perfect condition, and on the wrist it conveys an image of elegance and refinement, befitting the foremost complication in watchmaking!
An extremely rare watch in splendid condition, complete with its original buckle, Eberhard box, and instruction booklet, essential for setting all the perpetual calendar functions.
The watch for sale has been serviced by a very famous Italian watchmaker and is working correctly. The photograph shows the perpetual calendar mechanism, which features exceptionally high-quality finishing, including anglage on all the levers, Côtes de Genève on the rotor, and perlage on the other surfaces!
The watch has been featured on the most important watch forums, where it has received enthusiastic comments from enthusiasts. I invite you to search for and read them!
Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. The cost is purely indicative and will be determined after the auction ends, depending on the destination.
