Offered: this extremely rare American MASCOT EGG GRADER scale/ Egg scales. 
The egg scale is made by the American company ‘The Prospectus Manufacturing Company of Minneapolis’, ca. 1930. 
The weighing range of the egg scale ranges from 18 to 30 ounces per box and/or from 1.5 to 2.5 ounce per egg. 
Due to its special design, this egg scale got the nickname ‘Parking meter’. 
The Mascot Egg Grader is one of the most beautiful egg scales that was ever made. 
In an advertisement in the magazine Poultry Tribute of March 1932, this egg scale was offered for sale at a cost of $ 2.95.
