Artillery signal lamp
Made at Bernhard Rogge Berlin, readable in hammered letters on the top.

Three-coloured signal lamp introduced in 1917 for artillery. The lamp has been battery operated, the battery is no longer there.

On the front, the signal lamp has 3 convex lenses: a green one, a red one and a bright one, and three push buttons to be able to send signals. The lamp also has the original key on the front. 
The lamp is fitted with a clip at the rear to be able to attach it to a uniform and a handle on the top to carry it. On the side is the drawstring with which the lamp can be opened. The lamp is still in very good condition only from the green lens missing a few small chips from the glass.
