Born in Italy and currently residing in the South of France, Mimi eres is a versatile and multidisciplinary artist, painter and sculptor, mainly inspired by abstract art, sometimes transfigured in a figurative key , as well as passionate supporter of the artistic currents of Readymade, Constructivism, Neoplasticism and Neorealism. Due to her career as an interior designer she often uses raw, properly construction materials such as iron, concrete, plaster, wood, and experiment with recycling materials such as glass, cardboard or plastic. Mimi Eres explores the abstract Decomposition and Recomposition of the figurative object.
