Eugenio Cerrato was born in Gravellona Toce in 1947, completed classical studies, and began dedicating himself to art, participating in exhibitions from the early 1980s. In the 1990s he held numerous solo shows. In 1998 he opened in Oleggio “Eugenesi,” an independent artistic space that is still active and lively, serving as a permanent display for his works. He has exhibited in London, Berlin, Romania, Bulgaria, and Monte Carlo. In Italy he has exhibited in Milan, Rome, Novara, Tivoli, Bologna, and so on, totaling over 200 exhibitions to date.
