Pair of Swedish silver measuring cups by Andersson K – 1952 & 1958

A wonderful matching pair of mid-century Swedish silver measuring cups, made by Andersson K (active 1913–1928, Stockholm) and fully hallmarked for 1952 and 1958. 

These pieces combine everyday function with refined Scandinavian craftsmanship, offering both vintage utility and collector appeal.

The smaller cup, dated 1952, is marked on the front with 2½ cl and bears the hallmarks K.A, Swedish triple crown, S for silver, and date letter B9.
The larger cup, dated 1958, is marked 5 cl and hallmarked in the same way with date letter H9, and additionally marked Sterling on the base.

Both are finely proportioned with a flared base, curved pouring lip, and sturdy strap handle. 
The silver has developed a beautiful natural patina with subtle rainbow hues. Minor surface marks from use are present but nothing that detracts from their appeal.
