De nombreuses influences émanent du travail du photographe ukrainien Ruslan Lobanov. Parmi elles le cinéma, la mode mais aussi et surtout l'érotisme assumé du monstre sacré Helmut Newton. Fervent admirateur du photographe australien, Ruslan Lobanov se fait également connaître pour ses photographies noir et blanc de nus féminins. Derrière chaque cliché, la mise en scène et l'attitude des personnages racontent une histoire dont le dénouement est à l'appréciation de chacun.
A propos de l'artiste :

Ruslan Lobanov est l'un des artistes les plus influents d'Europe de l'Est. Lorsqu'il photographie des nus féminins, il s'inspire du cinéma et de la mode et réalise des photographies érotiques dans lesquelles les corps sensuels des femmes s'affichent sans retenue. Brisant les codes établis, ces femmes incarnent une liberté féminine qui a valu à la photographe une distinction à Beverly Hills lors des International Color Awards en 2015, et sont à l'affiche de collaborations remarquées avec les magazines Playboy et L'Officiel, ainsi qu'avec le groupe de cosmétiques L'Oréal..

Ruslan est l'un des meilleurs photographes du vingtième siècle comme Henri Cartier-Bresson, Helmut Newton, Robert Mapplethorpe, Philippe Halsman, Elliott Erwitt, Annie Leibovitz ou Robert Capa.
