Description from the seller

Magnificent Special Edition chess set from Tarragona depicting THE ROMAN EMPIRE by DIARI, who were beheaded.

This chess set consists of a magnificent structure measuring 46.5 x 46.5 x 6 cm (made of different materials) with a large pyramid-shaped base, which has beautiful engravings related to Roman war themes on its four sides.

The top of this structure is made of a wooden board, which can be removed and replaced as many times as desired.

Inside, we find a velvet or similar structure where the pieces are stored for better protection. It also contains a complete set of 32 magnificent, heavy metal pieces made of highly detailed bronze, measuring between 7 and 8 cm.

At the bottom of the structure where the pieces are housed, we also find four small legs or pivots below each corner that slightly enhance this chess set.

This lot is in very good condition, although there may be minor defects (see photos). Therefore, this is an antique, historic chess set that can be used as a collection or decoration.

The lot will be sent properly packaged, insured and with a tracking code.
