The badge was awarded in the Soviet Union to work brigades that delivered exceptional achievements at work, for example in factories, collective farms (kolkhozes), or state enterprises. It was a recognition of exemplary work according to the ideals of communism.
The portrait at the top is of Vladimir Lenin, symbol of the communist ideology.
From 1974, manufactured in Moscow, original label present on the back. Dimensions: 28x42 cm.
With two propaganda banners. They were often used during holidays, factory decorations, pioneer and party meetings, or parades and celebrations.
