Description

"Babel" is a work of intense and symbolic atmosphere that depicts a space in ruins, saturated with books, fractured structures, and architectural echoes reminiscent of a collapsed city. In the center, a woman lies stretched between two geometric figures outlined in white, creating a stark contrast between the chaos surrounding her and the almost sacred precision of these forms.
The scene comes alive between knowledge and destruction, between memory and collapse, as the female figure becomes a point of stillness and vulnerability within the tumult. The painting, with its fragmented composition and its earthy and turquoise palette, invites reflection on human fragility amid the remnants of an overflowing civilization.
