The Pilot Bamboo is a creation of the young French designer Juliette Bonnamour who has a passion for writing instruments. This collection is inspired by the shapes of the bamboo stem, which in Asian countries symbolizes humility and represents peace and happiness.
The Japanese fine writing manufacturer Pilot Pens, extended their best-selling collection of fountain pens by introducing the Bamboo editions in Black and Cherry. Typically, Pilot releases a new, limited edition fountain pen every year , with only a relatively small number of pens manufactured. However, the Bamboo are given some special treatments with a fancier gift box and a higher price point.

I bought this pen a few years ago for my collection. Brand new, never dyed, never used. All good now. Selling to get some money back for other hobbies.
