Parker Vacumatic junior fountain pen, made in the United States, in celluloid, 118.5 mm long and 10 mm in diameter, dating from the mid-20th century, with a Parker 14K nib, in good used condition and in working order.
Description from the seller
This Parker Vacumatic is one of the most emblematic pens of the American brand, a symbol of technical innovation and aesthetic refinement since its launch in the 1930s.
Its body features the distinctive laminated finish, with a translucent pattern that allows the level of ink to be appreciated — one of the most notable technical advances of the era.
The pen is in excellent overall condition, with a deep and uniform shine across its entire surface. The celluloid material retains its transparency and original color, showing only minimal signs of aging, with no cracks or discolorations.
The Parker arrow clip, finished in gold tone, remains firmly attached and in magnificent condition. The decorative rings on the cap and the top jewel are also in very good condition, with only slight signs of use.
The nib and the cap's screw thread are intact, with no cracks or wear. The Vacumatic filling system (diaphragm) functions correctly, with good pressure return and adequate ink suction capacity for use or display.
The original Parker 14K nib made in the USA displays a bright gold tone, with perfect flexibility and alignment, offering smooth and consistent writing. The feed features the characteristic deep channels of ebonite, clean and undamaged.
It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation.
