Maita is proud to present an exclusive collection of pens inspired by great philosophers, particularly Anassimene, one of the most influential pre-Socratic philosophers, representing a union between art and philosophy. Anassimene, known for his theories about air as the fundamental principle of everything, is the inspiration behind this exclusive line of pens.
This series, limited to only 199 pieces, is crafted from precious Italian brown resin and silver. The pen's design is characterized by a clip that reproduces one of the universal symbols of philosophy. The ring on the cap — in silver — is engraved with the profile of Anassimene on the front and the motto: "Like our soul, which is air, sustains us, so the breath and air surround the entire world" on the back, reflecting his vision.
At the top of the cap is set a small coin depicting an owl, a symbol of philosophy, considered as such by Hegel in the nineteenth century.
