Crafted from precious Italian speckled gray resin and silver, the pen's design features a clip that reproduces one of the universal symbols of philosophy. The silver cap ring is engraved with Plato's profile on the front and the motto: "Of all wild beasts, ignorance is the hardest to deal with" on the back, a reference to the important Socratic teaching that Plato conveyed through his dialogues.
