Marlen dedicates this collection to Venice, for many the most beautiful city in the world, a city of art, canals, and bridges. Venice has an ancient and poignant charm, and today it is among the global capitals of contemporary art.
Immortal and mysterious, the soul of Venice is made up of 118 islands connected by over 400 bridges, separated by canals that serve as maritime roads, constantly traversed by gondolas and boats in a continuous ebb and flow. To say it is overflowing with art treasures is almost an insult: here, romantic charm and history are absolutely unique in the world.
The collection
The Venezia collection features a specially designed clip that replicates the splendor of ancient marble columns. The cap and barrel of these writing instruments are handcrafted from blue Italian resin, turned from solid bar. The large ring on the barrel, on the other hand, depicts a panoramic view of the Rialto Bridge and the Lion of San Marco, one of the city's symbols.
