Savor history with the oldest port wine house
Each wine tells a story. In the case of Colheita Kopke, this story is unique.
To taste a wine is to taste history and in the case of this Colheita it is to remember important events such as the release of the seventh album by the English rock group The Beatles - Revolver, which enters the list of 200 definitive albums in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In the same year, the 25 de Abril Bridge is inaugurated, a road-rail suspension bridge connecting the city of Lisbon to the south of the country.

The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations and the bottle should remain in an upright position. As a natural product, Port Wine is subject to deposit with age. To guarantee the fullness of its freshness and quality, wine should preferably be consumed with the least possible aging time in the bottle.

The Producer

C.N.Kopke is the oldest Port Wine company. It was founded in 1638 by Cristiano Kopke and his son, Nicolau Kopke who had come to Portugal as Consul of the Hanseatic League. Adding 4 centuries of success in the world of Port wines, the Kopke brand, acquired in 2006 by the Sogevinus group, is today a prestigious reference, maintaining the quality objectives that have guided it in the market over the years, being especially recognized in Ports Harvest, with high reputation in the sector.
