Oil painting on pressed cardboard by the Neapolitan artist Vincenzo Caprile, born in 1856 and died in 1936, recognized as one of the leading figures of 19th-century Italian painting. Unquestionable versatility, as demonstrated by this painting of a hunting scene depicting two shot birds, with strong emotional impact and high artistic content. At the lower right part, there is an inscription with a signed and dated dedication, serving as a warning. Carefully examined with a Wood lamp, no foreign color alterations are evident; it appears original and contemporaneous in all aspects. Good condition. Measures 225-281 mm with a wooden frame 28-33 cm.
