This refined scroll captures a quiet moment in nature: a green grasshopper resting among delicate autumn blossoms and slender bamboo leaves. The composition is minimal yet expressive, emphasizing seasonal transition and the subtle elegance of late autumn. Fine brushwork and soft color tones highlight the artist’s sensitivity to natural rhythm and spatial balance. The scroll is mounted in patterned silk, enhancing its decorative harmony and contemplative mood. An evocative example of traditional Japanese seasonal painting, ideal for collectors who appreciate nature studies, autumnal themes, and the poetic restraint of classical aesthetics.
