A biography leaflet is also included.

Tanaka Kiyotaka is an award-winning artist active in lacquered woodcraft. His distinctions include the Nagano Prefectural Superintendent of Education Prize at the 17th Nagano Prefectural Crafts Exhibition, an award at the ’98 Tankō Biennale, selections for the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition (53rd, 54th, and 56th exhibitions), and multiple selections for the Japan Traditional Crafts Kinki Exhibition, where he received the New Artist Encouragement Prize at the 37th exhibition.
