This is an extra-large standing statue of Kannon Bodhisattva 観音菩薩立像, over 60cm tall.
The creator is Masataka Kobayashi 小林正孝 of Takaoka Copperware.

The Seikanzeon Bosatsu statue represents Kannon Bosatsu (also known as Kannon Bodhisattva), a key figure in Mahayana Buddhism symbolizing compassion. Kannon, often called "the one who hears the cries of the world," is revered for her ability to assist sentient beings in distress.
