LVKAS presents Purple Red, an original 2021 acrylic street art painting on 72 × 92 cm, with a hand signature, in excellent condition, sold with its original frame, provenance direct from the artist’s studio, and a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist.
Description from the seller
Born in Paris into a family entirely dedicated to art, Lucas, known as LVKAS, grew up surrounded by creativity, freedom of expression, and aesthetic exploration. Son of the artist ORSA, a key figure in art outside of contemporary art, exhibited at the Mini Palais in Paris, at the Cutlog fair in New York, as well as in prestigious galleries like Bel-Air Fine Art in Verbier, Lucas inherits a unique perspective and artistic rigor from a young age.
LVKAS began painting in 2020, during the pandemic, driven by an urgent need to convey visual messages. Self-taught and instinctive, he develops a deeply symbolic body of work influenced by Africa, Egypt, ancestral tribes, and cosmic imagination. He uses bold shapes, codes, and colors to express a universal inner language, blending futurism and visual archaeology.
Based in Spain, he recently exhibited at the M.A.D.S. gallery in Milan during the YELLOW exhibition, where three of his works—*I Saw an Alien*, *Purple Red*, and *Red & Blue*—were showcased as explorations of the collective unconscious and human identity.
Each LVKAS canvas is a fragment of imaginary memory, a call to mystery, freedom, and reconnecting with forgotten forms.
The work is in perfect condition.
The frame is the original one purchased in a store.
The main material is acrylic Posca.
Provenance: direct from the artist's studio.
Certificate of authenticity directly from the artist.
