Description from the seller
Tomatin 1972 – Warehouse 6 Collection
A rare single cask whisky from the prestigious Warehouse 6 series by Tomatin. This exceptional whisky was distilled on November 20, 1972, and matured in three sherry hogshead casks (numbers 23404, 23405, and 23406) in Tomatin's traditional dunnage warehouse. After 41 years of patient aging, the whisky was bottled in February 2014, with only 380 bottles available worldwide.
Tasting Notes:
The Tomatin 1972 offers a complex flavor profile with aromas of summer wildflowers and autumn fruits, followed by flavors of sweet almond, coffee, and winter spices. The finish is rich and oily, making this whisky a true treat for connoisseurs.
Presentation:
Each bottle is presented in a luxurious wooden box, opened with two rose gold metal buttons. Inside, a wooden podium holds a hand-blown Glencairn Crystal decanter with a solid copper stopper, accompanied by two matching glasses. A numbered certificate confirms the authenticity and limited availability of the bottle.
