Designed and manufactured by Susanne Silvertant from 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands.
This artist attended the Royal Academy of Art and Design in 's-Hertogenbosch, Ceramics department.
Her work can be found in various private and public collections both domestically and internationally. She creates ceramic sculptures with a powerful and monumental design. The objects consist of glued, hand-formed elements that are fired using raku. Through this firing technique, she achieves the weathered appearance she desires for her objects. She shapes her interest in architecture into her sculptures.
