Mara. J XL - “Submerged Light”

A living surface is built up through accumulation, as if the color were slowly submerged by time. Light emerges in irregular fragments, held between layers of green and matter. There is no clear boundary, but a continuous passage: from clarity to depth, from the visible to the perceived. The work invites one to pause, to listen to what remains beneath the surface.
