Hello
Today, I am selling this Apple iBook G3 Clamshell Lime (green color).
This is the most difficult Clamshell color to find because it was only sold online, which, in 2000, was not so common!
It has been completely disassembled and serviced. (See the latest photos)
It is in very good overall condition, as shown in the photos. There is a small crack on the carrying handle, which is nevertheless complete and functional.
On the technical side
This computer is VINTAGE. It is therefore difficult to use on a daily basis. It is primarily a collectible item. However, it is completely functional.
It features a G3 processor, clocked at 466MHz. This is the fastest processor ever shipped by Apple on the Clamshells.
It has 320MB of RAM, which is the maximum specified by Apple.
It is equipped with a CD player, which works perfectly, as well as a mono speaker, which also functions.
The keyboard is in AZERTY format.
I also performed a reinstallation of Mac OS 10.3. For this, I only use official Apple installation CDs.
The computer comes with its Yo-yo type power supply, also in very good condition.
The battery is still inside the computer to ensure stability provided by its weight. However, it is no longer functional. It only works when connected to its charger.
