A refined two-panel silver-leaf screen from the Showa period (1926–1989). The surface is finished with softly shimmering silver leaf, giving the piece a luminous presence that shifts beautifully with the light. Its black lacquered wooden frame is accented with elegant floral openwork metal fittings, adding a graceful decorative touch.
The reverse side is lined with deep blue fabric and fitted with decorative corner mounts, making the screen visually appealing from all angles. This versatile screen functions beautifully as an interior accent, a backdrop for art displays, or a stylish room divider suitable for both traditional and modern interiors.
Minor signs of age include light scuffs, small lacquer chips on the frame, and general minor blemishes from use, but the screen remains in good used condition overall. Please refer to the photos for full details.
