Description from the seller
Pink Floyd - Animals (First Collectors Press) In Great Condition
Animals is both a progressive rock album and concept album, focusing on the socio-political conditions of mid-1970s Britain and a departure from the style of their earlier work.
The album's cover art features an inflatable pig floating between two chimneys at Battersea Power Station, designed by the band's bassist and lead songwriter Roger Waters and designed by longtime collaborator Storm Thorgerson.
The band did not release any singles from the record, but did promote them through the In the Flesh tour. Waters' audience excitement during this tour inspired her next project, The Wall.
