Description
Created in 2004, La Sieste illustrates the late period of Michel Pinel's work, characterized by a more contemplative approach to the body and nature.
The composition, minimalist and luminous, shows a nude model lying in a meadow, her silhouette matching the texture of the dry grasses.
Photography is distinguished by its balance between spontaneity and staging, where natural light gently shapes the forms. The overall evokes a suspended moment, imbued with serenity and discreet sensuality, faithful to the photographer's aesthetic exploration of the relationship between the body and the landscape.

Excellent condition. Original baryté print, surface perfectly preserved, clear stamp and inscriptions on the back.
