Introducing the Marlen Peaceful World Collection
Marlen for a world of peace! This is our motto for this new limited edition launched on the occasion of the 'Incontri per la Pace' in Naples from October 21 to 23, 2007. Marlen had the honor of collaborating with the Sant'Egidio community to create this special project. Fifteen special pieces from this collection were donated to political and religious authorities (including His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI) during this special event. The body and cap are made of Italian resin turned from solid bar, with a clip, and small rings on the cap and body in 925 silver. The ring on the cap bears the inscription 'for a world of peace.' The central band on the body, made of silver, is personalized with the Sant'Egidio community's symbol in bronze. The collection consists of 388 pieces for the fountain pen and 188 for the rollerball.
