Description from the seller
Journey
It is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1973 by former members of Santana, the Steve Miller Band, and Frumious Bandersnatch.
Journey had their greatest commercial success between 1978 and 1987 when Steve Perry was the lead singer; they have released a string of hits, including 'Don't Stop Believin'' (1981), which became the best-selling unreleased song of the 21st century on iTunes in 2009.
Escape, Journey's seventh-biggest album, reached #1 on the Billboard 200 and produced another of their most popular singles, 'Open Arms.' The follow-up album in 1983, Frontiers, achieved nearly the same success in the US, peaking at #2 and spawning several hit singles.
According to the Recording Industry Association of America, Journey has sold 48 million copies.
Journey was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
