Set of 2 vintage briar pipes with wooden pipe holder – St. Tropez 320 & Arenada with metal system – 1960s–1980s
Detailed description.
An elegant lot of two vintage briar pipes, accompanied by their solid wood pipe holder, ideal for collectors or enthusiasts of classic pieces.
Pipa lisa St. Tropez – Model 320 (France)
A refined and classic pipe, marked with the engraving 'ST. TROPEZ' and the number '320' on the lower part of the stem, indicating its model/size.
The mouthpiece features an engraved 'S', characteristic of the series.
Origin: Most likely France.
Material: visible grain briar.
Nozzle: Ebonite with brand “S”.
Estimated year: 1970s–1980s.
Status:
General surface well preserved, with its original patina.
It presents a small visible crack on the side of the pipe, clearly shown in the photos. It does not compromise the integrity of the bowl, but it must be mentioned.
Nozzle properly fitted, without deep bites.
2. Black sandblasted pipe – Possibly Denicotea (Germany)
Sandblasted briar pipe with a deep texture and an elegant dark finish.
The pipe features a partial engraving that appears to correspond to DENIC..., and the mouthpiece bears a circular logo, consistent with German pipes equipped with condenser systems.
Includes an internal metallic system, visible when disassembling the nozzle, typical of the era.
Estimated origin: Germany.
Sandy heather.
Nozzle: Ebonita with a circular logo.
System: Internal metallic filtration condenser.
Estimated year: 1960s–1970s.
Status:
Very good structure, without cracks.
Well-defined sandy texture.
