The item offered was an antique piece dating from around 1890/1900, therefore age-related signs of wear and patina were explicitly mentioned in the description.  

We always try to photograph and describe our items as accurately as possible.  

Nevertheless, we regret that the item did not meet your expectations.

Sehr schöne Ohrhänger. Leider nicht jedes Detail in Silber gearbeitet.  Aber schöner Stein auf jeden Fall.  Und die Optik insgesamt gut
