Hi, I'm the founder of Bottega Isola. I was born and raised on Murano, and glass runs in my family: I grew up around the furnaces, surrounded by a craft my family has carried for generations. I've always been drawn to design and to handmade, one-of-a-kind objects, the kind that make memorable gifts for any occasion. Inspired by many cultures and design styles but rooted in my island's tradition, I create and select pieces that carry the history of Murano glass into today's homes and spaces. Nothing here is chosen at random. Most designs go through several trials before they're just right, and each one has to bring something to the space it lives in, whether that's purpose, character or atmosphere. Every piece is handmade on Murano by some of the island's most skilled glass masters, using techniques passed down for centuries. Each one comes with a certificate of authenticity and is carefully hand-packed in professional, glass-safe packaging, so it reaches you safely wherever you are.
