Handwoven Workshop

Esperienza pessima. Ho ricevuto tutt’altro. Catawiki mi ha rimborsato l’intera cifra. Il rivenditore si è fatto rispedire il tappeto a mie spese e dopo un mese e mezzo ancora non mi ha rimborsato.

Arrivato un tappeto diverso da quello ordinato Dopo reclamo il venditore mi ha spedito quello corretto ma ho dovuto sostenere io le spese di spedizione per il reso del tappeto sbagliato

The seller didn’t even have the carpet I bought. I got my money back.

Seller did not ship the rug. After waiting a week, I contacted them and was told it had been sold months ago. I then had to contact Catawiki to have the sale cancelled.

Tappeto come da descrizione del venditore e spedizione in tempi accettabili, avrei preferito un imballo più adeguato.
