Absolutely amazing!. What a great seller. Many thanks!

Bel objet mais peu coopérant pour trouver l objet non livré

Great seller. Item as described and was shipped fast. A+++++

The seller ignored EU/customs rules despite correct info: fossil amber, tariff 9705 2200, value €264.60 + €35 shipping. Parcel falsely declared as gift, value SGD 10; shipping actually SGD 10 (€6.90).

Dear customer,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for the incorrect customs declaration on your parcel. This was a mistake made by an intern who has since left our company. We also noticed that the required signature on the dispatch form was even left blank.
To rectify this， the shipping cost includes the price of the envelopes and the sample display boxes. we will will reimburse you for the correct Import VAT so you can settle the tax for full legal compliance. Please provide us with your account details through messages.
We deeply regret this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding

Beautiful piece, thanks for the Extra trinket.
Good seller.
