Para ser mi primera transacción en Catawiki ha sido algo tedioso, tardan en contestar y en ponernos de acuerdo para una devolución, al final no me han dado solución

Lamentamos que tu experiencia haya sido complicada, pero es importante aclarar lo sucedido.
No pudimos gestionar la devolución porque, en lugar de abrir un reclamo de devolución, abriste un reclamo por falta de autenticidad. Catawiki rechazó ese reclamo porque el brazalete sí es auténtico y sí es de oro, a diferencia de lo que habías indicado inicialmente en tu reseña anterior.

Al haberse abierto el tipo de reclamo incorrecto y al haber pasado los días límite establecidos por la plataforma, Catawiki ya no permite iniciar una devolución.
Por este motivo, lamentablemente, no se trata de un error por nuestra parte, sino de un procedimiento iniciado de forma incorrecta dentro de Catawiki.

Además, tu reseña inicial —en la que afirmabas que el brazalete era falso— permaneció visible durante varios días, lo cual nos perjudicó injustamente, ya que la autenticidad del artículo fue confirmada por Catawiki.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
