AVOID!! worst seller ever. shipped the wrong vintage and didn't even care. communication was terrible and was not willing to look for a solution, even when catawiki itself was involved.

Desideriamo però precisare che, una volta individuato il problema, abbiamo provato a proporre una soluzione per rimediare all’errore. In particolare, le è stato offerto uno sconto del 20% sul nostro sito come gesto di compensazione.
Comprendiamo la sua richiesta, tuttavia non è stato possibile accogliere ulteriori pretese come spedizione gratuita e prodotti omaggio, in quanto non proporzionate rispetto a un errore di annata.
Inoltre, è stata anche proposta la restituzione del prodotto per una gestione completa del problema, ma tale opzione non è stata accettata.
Rimaniamo comunque disponibili al dialogo per trovare una soluzione equa per entrambe le parti.

Comprendiamo la sua osservazione riguardo alla scatola originale. Tuttavia, si tratta di un semplice cartone in carta che normalmente non viene spedito, in quanto destinato allo smaltimento.
Se però desidera riceverlo, possiamo tranquillamente includerlo in una prossima spedizione: le basterà effettuare un nuovo ordine sul nostro sito (anche di una sola bottiglia) e provvederemo ad inserire la scatola di cartone all’interno del pacco.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.

1. If an opening bid does not meet a lot’s reserve price (hidden minimum), buyers may try outbidding their earlier bid in order to find that lot’s RP.
