Regrettably the sapphire is not pink but purple-pink

Thank you for your feedback.  The Pink color of the stone is as described by the Lab (not our personal opinion) under test lighting conditions. 

With Pink Sapphires you may see a purplish hue depending on light conditions and sensitivity of eye. Human eyes are not identical instruments and color interpretation is very complex. Our L-cones (red-sensitive) and M-cones (green-sensitive) overlap slightly in their wavelength ranges. So if a stone reflects both red (around 650 nm) and blue-violet (around 420–440 nm) light:
	•	Someone with slightly stronger red sensitivity will perceive a pinker tone.
	•	Another with more balanced red/blue response will see a purplish tint.

We still believe that Pink is the dominant color of this stone.  You have got a beautiful stone at a great price. Hope you can see the positive side of this transaction.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
