Seller communication was almost impossible. I paid extra for cleaning, but the carpet arrived smelly with five visible stains. I doubt it was cleaned and filed a complaint with Catawiki.

I'm very dissatisfied! The packaging was torn and dirty. The rug was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. The delivery arrived after I had complained and asked for a refund. 

As mentioned before, the carpets you purchased are used carpets from the 1970s.. The carpets may therefore have dirt or dust. As a carpet cleaning company, we recommend professional cleaning to prevent such problems. Unfortunately, the shipment took longer because it went to Cyprus. This has nothing to do with your complaint.  Please refer to the tracking number for the shipping date.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
