In ceramic, all hand-decorated, with a romantic scene on two levels within a Renaissance-style facade.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
